Where we ship

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners. All orders are billed in US Dollars (USD).

Cost and free shipping

• Standard worldwide shipping is a flat $12 per order.
• Orders of $60 or more qualify for free worldwide standard shipping.
• Wallwrap Club members receive free worldwide shipping on every order.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery is typically 5–12 business days depending on destination. Rolled wallpaper and larger panel kits may travel in separate parcels.
• These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs handling can affect timing.

Duties and taxes

Cross-border orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged by the carrier on arrival.

Tracking and delivery issues

You'll receive tracking once your order ships. If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact support@saltiredrywaall.shopwithin 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help resolve it, including replacement or refund of affected items where appropriate.
