These terms apply when you browse, order or subscribe on our store. By placing an order you accept them.

About these terms

saltiredrywaall.shop is operated by SALTIRE DRYWALL CONTRACTS LTD. These Terms of Service govern your use of the site and any purchase of our peel-and-stick decorative wall panels, trim, removable wallpaper and related accessories, and of Wallwrap Club membership.

Eligibility and age

You must be able to form a binding contract to order. Our store is not intended for children under 13, who may not use it. Customers aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian's consent, and application of any product should be carried out by an adult.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or taxes that may apply on delivery.
An order is accepted when we confirm it and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors or stock issues) and will refund any payment taken.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Product information

Product images are photographic or rendered references. Colour and texture can vary with batch, lighting and your screen — the delivered product is the reference. Coverage areas and piece sizes are stated in good faith; please measure your wall and allow for cutting before ordering.

Membership (Wallwrap Club)

Memberships are pure subscriptions granting benefits (member pricing, free worldwide shipping, extended returns and, for Wall Studio, a quarterly physical panel). They are not credits, stored value or points.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep benefits until the end of the current period.
Once a Wall Studio quarterly physical panel has shipped, that item is non-refundable.

Wall use and safety

Our products are self-adhesive and removable. Whether they peel off cleanly without residue depends on your wall's condition. Always test a small patch first, and let freshly painted walls fully cure before applying.
We make no absolute "no damage" or "zero residue" guarantee. You are responsible for assessing your wall and, if you rent, for getting your landlord's or property manager's approval.
Keep decorative products away from open flame, stoves and high heat. We make no acoustic, insulation, or fire-protection claims.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for wall damage, paint loss or residue resulting from your wall's condition or from not following the application and test-patch guidance. Our total liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
